Welcome to the Cathedral Square Market
We are very pleased to announce that the Cathedral Square Market is up and running once again.
Following the disastrous earthquake of 22nd Feb 2011 all activities centred around the City had to cease, this included the Cathedral Square Market and The Arts Centre Craft Market.
After months of negotiations we have managed to secure a regular venue operating out of the YMCA car park on the corner of Cashel Street and Rolleston Avenue just over the road from Hagley Park, the Christchurch Boat Sheds and the Canterbury Museum.
Why not pop along and pay us a visit this Friday and Saturday - we are open from 9am until 3pm each day, weather permitting.
We would also like to extend a warm welcome to all displaced stallholders who are currently looking for an outlet to display their goods and services. If you are a budding or established artisan, artist, street musician/entertainer, or have quality kiwi goods for sale including locally produced food products please call in and talk to us about how we can help get you up and running.
Its time to inject some fun, sparkle and normality back into Christchurch.
